Happy Tuesday!
I have had a pretty excellent week.
After spilling the beans on my struggle last week, I really truly feel pumped to basically kick butt in life. I am READY to set some new goals, smash my old ones, do everything I want and to be the best Lisa evahhhh.

I’ve been running twice in the past week! I always go to the gym five times a week, sometimes twice a day because then I get to train with my boyf’ as well. And I’ve mostly been eating well. I’ve been working hard on A Little Bit Of Lisa and just generally feeling rad. I’m back on track, babes!

I’m loving seeing all the gratitude posts on Facebook. I’ve kept a gratitude journal for quite awhile now and I hope if you’re doing this then you can see how powerful it is for your attitude to really focus on all the good stuff going on in your life.

I seem to have lost my sense of humour this week, so here’s a joke to make up for it:
Why can’t you hear a pterodactyl go to the bathroom?
Because the P is silent.
